Additionally, the Canadian International Trade Tribunal (CITT) will determine the injury caused by the investigated imports to the domestic industry in Canada and issue its conclusion within 60 days from the initiation date. If the CITT concludes there is no injury, the case will be terminated.

2. Recommendations:

Based on the above information, the Trade Remedies Authority of Vietnam (TRAV) recommends the following actions for businesses:

  • Register as Interested Parties: Register to receive the investigation questionnaire and other information from the Canadian investigating authority.
  • Follow Instructions Carefully: Read the guidelines thoroughly, respond comprehensively, and provide information within the specified deadlines.
  • Coordinate Closely with TRAV: Work closely with TRAV for timely support and assistance.
